Wicked Witch of the East

I made this doll for a Halloween Challenge at a Forum I was once a member of. I actually have this costume, that of the Wicked Witch of the East, before the house fell on her.

Sadly, I no longer have a base credit attached to this doll, and my searching for whom the base may belong to has led to naught. If you know whose base this is, please feel free to comment and I'll be sure to credit properly. Again, many apologies.
